1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Fitqi — the Fitness Superapp — including our mobile apps, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Fitqi, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Fitqi Is
Fitqi helps you train, track, connect, and stay accountable. Features may include workouts, nutrition tools, health insights, community, challenges, and optional Pro subscriptions.
Fitqi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use most of Fitqi. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at support@fitqi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or these Terms
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
- Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service
- Misuse Qiqi, smart features, or health insights as medical advice
- Interfere with other users' experience or the integrity of Fitqi
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you create in Fitqi — posts, workouts you log, and other materials you upload. By posting or sharing, you grant Fitqi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
You are responsible for content you share and for respecting others' rights.
6. Subscriptions
Fitqi offers a free experience and optional Pro plans. Pro is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (when available). Pricing and trial details are shown in-app at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- Cancel anytime from your store account settings (Apple or Google)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies
For iOS purchases, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
7. Intellectual Property
Fitqi, including its brand, design, software, and content we provide, is owned by Fitqi and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of insights, or specific fitness outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitqi and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.
10. Termination
You may stop using Fitqi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits — will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
