1. Overview

Fitqi is a Fitness Superapp. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal or health data.

By using Fitqi, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use Fitqi.

  • Posts, shares, follows, and interactions you choose to make public
  • Messages or reports you send to support

Usage and device

  • App usage, feature interactions, and performance diagnostics
  • Device type, OS version, and approximate region
  • Subscription status managed through Apple or Google (we do not store full payment card details)

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve Fitqi — training, tracking, community, and rewards
  • Sync optional health data and surface readiness insights
  • Power Qiqi and other smart features only when you opt in and allow relevant context
  • Process subscriptions and send service-related notices
  • Respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse
  • Understand product usage in aggregate to make Fitqi better

Health-related data is not used for advertising or marketing data mining.

4. What You Control

  • What you share in the community stays under your control
  • You can revoke health permissions in system settings or Fitqi Settings → Health Apps
  • Pro members can export their health data from Settings → Your Data (CSV or JSON)
  • You can request account deletion from Settings → Your Data → Delete Account
  • You can turn off Qiqi and smart-feature permissions where the app offers that choice

5. Sharing

We share information only when needed to run Fitqi:

  • Service providers — infrastructure, analytics, authentication, smart-feature processing, and subscription billing partners who process data on our behalf
  • Other users — content you choose to post or share publicly
  • Legal — when required by law or to protect Fitqi and our users
  • Business transfers — if Fitqi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Security and Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — we work to reduce risk and respond quickly when issues arise.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide Fitqi, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at privacy@fitqi.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it.

8. Children

Fitqi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@fitqi.com and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Fitqi after changes means you accept the updated policy.
