What is Fitqi?
Fitqi is your Fitness Superapp — train, track nutrition and health, connect with friends, and stay accountable in one place.
Is Fitqi free?
Yes. Core training, tracking, and community features are free. Pro unlocks advanced tools like deeper insights, exports, and premium coaching features. See Pricing on the homepage for current plans.
How do I get Pro?
Open Fitqi → Subscription and choose monthly or yearly. New subscribers can start with a 7-day trial when offered. Billing is handled by Apple or Google.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Fitqi cannot cancel store subscriptions for you.
Which devices are supported?
Fitqi is available on iPhone now. Android is coming soon on Google Play.
How does health sync work?
Connect Apple Health (or Health Connect on Android when available) from Settings → Health Apps. You choose what to share. You can revoke access anytime in system settings or in Fitqi.
How do I export my data?
Pro members can export health data from Settings → Your Data as CSV or JSON. Export is included with Pro.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Your Data → Delete Account. Export anything you want to keep first — deletion is permanent. You can also email privacy@fitqi.com to request deletion.
Does Fitqi sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal or health data. Health-related data is not used for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy for full details.
